Osa Osunde holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers. He is also a member of the following professional bodies and business groups: Institute of Management Consultants (AIMC); Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM); Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IoD); Association of Arbitrators of Nigeria (MA.Arb.N); Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT); Council the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the Capital Market Commitee of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), The Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has attended various management and professional training courses within and outside Nigeria. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Fidelity Finance Company Limited and Chairman of Afribank Plc. He also serves as a Director in the following companies: Oil and Gas Cargo Carriers Nigeria Plc, Niger Insurance Plc, AIL Securities Limited, Presco Plc and DN Meyer Plc.
